More recently in 2006 SCH completed a development at Preston Road in Weymouth where twenty eight two and three bedroom apartments including 8 penthouses were built to a superb quality with an exceptional specification. This development marketed well and was awarded a Weymouth Civic Trust Award for design.

SCH look forward to the future and their programme to progress new sites in the region. All our work is thought through, designed and monitored in partnership with key organisations and bodies including Housing Associations, local Councils and the Good Homes Alliance to ensure an integrated sustainable approach to housing development.
