April 2008 Swan Country Homes is growing fast, and work has commenced at new developments in Axminster, Dawlish and St Austell to provide homes for a variety of purchasers, all with a sustainable agenda. Work is continuing at the developments Penlu and Newton Grange Close in Swanage, the maritime capital of the Purbecks. Penlu combines contemporary styling with a high level of environmental performance and two of the eight luxury apartments have already been reserved.
