| At Swan Country Homes we all share a passionate vision and commitment to delivering of a sustainable future. In all our developments we have a genuine commitment to putting into place the principles of sustainable development that are at the core of our work. |
| |
With all of our developments we aim to deliver sustainability in the broadest sense. It is not just about delivering carbon neutrality and low environmental impact; it is about delivering sustainability in social and economic terms.
On all projects we aim to explore and explain sustainability issues to the occupiers, partners and the wider community through extensive design consultancy, site training, monitoring and where possible the establishment of on site community and education centres.

 |
“In simple terms sustainable development is development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This requires developers to reduce the impact of construction on the environment in an economically sustainable way. In a broader sense it means that developers have the responsibility to improve the health of occupiers, to increase social cohesion and to deliver meaningful education on sustainability issues.”
